Workspace membership now comes from pnpm-workspace.yaml. Malformed selected manifests, invalid patterns, and scan IO failures stop discovery instead of silently dropping candidates. Host module classification stops at a broken package manifest, and OXC initialization and thrown resolution failures retain their causes.
